Keeping my Body Healthy and Strong

My favourite way to respect my body is by keeping my body healthy and in good shape. I went on a Rope Quest in British Columbia, so that my body can overcome the fear of heights, so that the joints in my legs and arms would strengthen, as well as the bones and the muscles. This activity helped to keep my mind strong, and learn how important it is to respect the body.
